Inspired by the publication in segodnya.ua "What Zelensky team plans to change in the economy: an interview with Danil Getmantsev"
My views are closer to libertarian - maximum freedom in society, maximum freedom of doing business, but, most importantly - the focus is 'human happiness'! The latter is both a goal and a measure, and Ukraine is on 138th place in the world in this indicator. So let's start with it, and then move on to the details discussed in the article.
In order for a person to feel happy, it is necessary to achieve significant improvements in the following 5 areas of life:

Health of a sole and a body, an increase in the duration of an active life.
Family
A person is free to form a family, give birth to children as much as the couple wants and provide them with everything they need for the happy childhood.
Prosperity
A person can easily earn in any field of activity, s/he is in demand; can easily open and run a business for himself and his family.
Satisfaction from their activities
There is no problem learning and doing what a person wants, whether it is programming, repairing roads, or garbage collection on the streets - s/he is in demand and receives not only a salary, but also pleasure from the activities people need.
Justice and security
It's safe and free to live and do what you want to do in the country. Law enforcement officers are smiling and helping on any occasion. Protection in court is provided for any reason.
The article says: "Pay taxes with pride, not reluctantly. This is a worldview approach." Great! In 2014, I heard the phrase - "without a moral person we won't be able to create a prosperous society" - unfortunately, this was said the first and last time, after that I heard nothing more about it and, moreover, I did not see practical steps. Do you have them in your plans?
You are very smart and even very educated people. Answer the simplest question, or rather a series of questions. In which case will a person pay tax with pride? In which case will person feel like a privilege? In which case will he even voluntarily pay tax? To what extent will the state need the tax service and the police in this case? - we are talking here about its size and functions.
Hint. If a person pays a fixed tax on his income, and everyone pays the same, if it is not a burden on him and his family. For example, 12%. Tha is it! Everyone knows that this is 12%, there is nothing to reckon, there is no need to dodge, hide and hide. Digitalization is not a priority measure, it is not a goal either - it is only a way, a tool to simplify the procedure, reduce the army of tax specialists and simplify the calculations. We see it on the first line; it means that you really believe that system-problematic issues can be resolved by streamlining procedures.
I get paid in white, my earning rises all the time - the economy is growing, and we are happy to save 12% on expenses for such a state. For this, the state gives me the following:
- calm and order on the streets,
- protection from external aggression,
- social insurance and protection, if I suddenly become incapacitated and cannot earn;
- free healthcare for the poor;
- free education for the poor;
- judicial protection.
I think everyone wants society to develop economically. It only means that business is developing, investments are going to the country; jobs market is growing; salaries are rising; more labor is required; more quality diverse education... How can this be done? How can such a trend be quickly established in the country?
Very simple: business, give 5% or 7% on the sale of the product / service and be free! And if you, an entrepreneur, have registered, received licenses and are engaged in a permitted business, you are free to do what you like. No one has the rights to disturb and stop you, including government.
What are you going to do with VAT? - not a word. Thousands of state-owned enterprises with low efficiency and a high level of monopolization and corruption. What is it with them? Reform, modernize and increase jobs? Or can they invest even more in modernization? And will we get the procedure going again? But how then can the state decrease, move away and not interfere in the economy? Or do you really believe that this machine is capable of effectively solving something in the 21st century, collecting exorbitant tribute from the impoverished population?
A piece of philosophy and wisdom. Socialism, guys, does not work without the highest level of morality of people in society. That is, it is necessary to grow to it morally, this is when MIND OVER MATTER. And morality does not grow when devastation is around. Socialization without morality is utopia, and persistence in this direction is suffering and bloodshed. There is a way out. Just ask!

Increase salaries to tax authors and tax police? Conduct an audit and upgrade state-owned enterprises? You see that what we are talking about is the modernization of a rotten bureaucratic apparatus, and not the essence of the phenomena?

No problems! Everyone will be happy to pay taxes, everyone will consider it a citizen's privilege, if the income tax is, lat's say, 12% for everyone. If the business tax om profit or sales is 5% - exactly for everyone. We will even be proud that we support such honest and modest people in power. In the meantime, this immoral state is tearing three skins without asking if I want to ... For how many times are the costs of the government reduced, is it generally reduced or not? So far I see an administrative approach similar to soviet period. Give us the opportunity to earn money ourselves, do not interfere with business, remove endless taxes and do not interfere, that's all. As long as your main task is to collect more money from taxpayers and then "distribute it fairly", there will be no sense, for this is antediluvian immoral socialism.
Let's see what the Russian-Ukrainian or Ukrainian-speaking people who now live in Americas, Canadas and other countries will do if in Ukraine they see tax rate 5% and the first two years 0% ? Is it very hard to imaging?
I have no boundaries, I have business interests and they are global. What do you think, where will I choose the place of registration and running my business, if the all other things being equal (freedom of doing business, banking system, technology, cost of resources, delicious food, beautiful kind people ...))?
In fact, everything is simple, look at the experience of Vaclav Havel, Lee Kwan Yu, Mikheil Saakashvili ... Endless stream of investors come into their countries.
Here is the solution to all the problems! Why don't you see them?
